Considered Compliance Services Pty Ltd (CCS) was established in 2011 to deliver governance, risk management, financial management and compliance services. CCS services are delivered by our well experienced team and directors, Theresa Glab and George Glab.

Theresa Glab is an education business management, finance, quality and compliance contractor who understands education business, regulatory and funding requirements and has a positive, collaborative and educative approach. Theresa support clients with the development of robust business, financial, governance and compliance systems.
Theresa’s background includes having been a Partner in the Moore Stephens (now Shine Wing) Risk Management and Internal Audit division delivering internal audit, compliance, education quality compliance and risk management framework advice and consulting services to clients including VRQA, state government departments, education providers, statutory authorities, local government, health services, banks and private sector organisations. She also worked in financial management and business banking roles in the past.
Theresa primarily provides contracted services to education organisations. Her clients have included the Department of Education and Training, Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority, Universities, Higher education providers, TAFEs, RTOs and schools. Theresa considers education business issues strategically and supplies targeted compliance advice and support. Due to her financial background, she knows that it is important to ensure solutions are financially sound, easy for staff to understand and work in the business environment.
Theresa is also a Board member of the Metropolitan Waste and Resource Recovery Group and the Ozford Institute of Higher Education Pty Ltd. Theresa has also held independent Audit Committee roles with five Councils including Mitchell Shire Council, City of Melbourne, Yarra Ranges Shire Council, Baw Baw Shire Council and South Gippsland Shire Council. She is actively looking for further Board and Audit Committee opportunities.
George Glab joined Considered Compliance Services Pty Ltd in July 2015. He has an engineering and operations management background and solid project management experience. George brings additional technical, analytical and management capability to the business, as well as a firsthand working knowledge of Health, Safety, and Quality management systems in an industrial environment.
Since joining CCS, George has delivered contracted services to a range of education organisations including reviewing and updating RTO policies and procedures, conducted website and document reviews for regulatory compliance, supported the ESOS compliance reviews of public sector and privately owned schools.
George facilitated the development of an online Child Safety survey which has been used by over 1,000 schools to assess their readiness for the Victorian Child safety Standards, and subsequently developed support guides based on the survey results. George has the capability to quickly come to grips with issues and work effectively with teams to find solutions that make business sense.
George has experience in a range of senior engineering and operations management roles in the mining, construction and large scale renewable energy industries. He is available for contract roles and is pleased to chat about any opportunities to utilise his knowledge and expertise.
Considered Compliance Services Pty Ltd is geographically based in Melbourne. We communicate with our clients daily, regardless of location, and able to travel interstate to provide face to face business support, advice and professional development to our clients. Technology and planning really makes the distance irrelevant.
